We are currently looking for a dedicated Freelance AV Technician to support our Lead AV Technician during onsite AV operations at our prestigious summits in Montreux. This role presents an exciting opportunity for continuous freelance work for the right candidate as we host numerous summits throughout the year.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Lead AV Technician in setting up, operating, and dismantling AV equipment for summit events.
Maintain equipment by following proper handling, storage, and testing procedures.
Provide onsite technical support and troubleshoot AV equipment issues under the Lead AV Technician's guidance.
Follow company policies and quality standards to ensure excellence in AV operations.
Work collaboratively with team members to foster a supportive and efficient environment.
Continuously enhance technical skills and knowledge of company equipment to contribute to the success of summit events.
Communicate effectively with onsite team members to ensure seamless operations.
Adapt to changing event requirements with flexibility and initiative.
Proactively identify and address potential issues to ensure successful event outcomes.
Exhibit a positive and professional demeanor, representing the company with dedication and integrity.
Requirements:
Must be available to work in Montreux.
Ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
Prior experience in AV technology preferred but not mandatory.
A willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
