Key responsibilities Create realistic disruption scenarios in supply chain and procurement, such as supplier delays, quantity fluctuations, logistics problems, and quality failures. Define outcomes and outline practical mitigation strategies for each scenario. Assess AI-generated responses for logic, accuracy, and business relevance. Review outputs for completeness and ensure compatibility with ERP systems, including Microsoft Dynamics 365, Coupa, Jaggaer, and Ariba (SAP). Support structured data creation and validation according to established guidelines. Requirements Minimum 4 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or purchasing, ideally within manufacturing. Strong grasp of procurement processes, including purchase orders, vendor management, inventory, and production planning. Direct experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics 365. Ability to create and analyze supply chain disruption scenarios and mitigation plans. Knowledge of disruption types: delays, shortages, quality issues, and logistics challenges. Familiarity with Incoterms and logistics or transportation management. Understanding of Bill of Materials (BOM) structures and production planning. Experience with supplier performance metrics, including OTIF, lead times, and quality scores. Strong analytical skills to evaluate AI outputs against business needs. Background in data validation, structured data entry, or annotation work. Proficient written English communication.
