Overview of the Role
Each project presents distinct challenges, where contributors may:
- Devise original computational engineering problems that mimic real-world engineering workflows;
- Design problems that necessitate Python programming for engineering calculations and simulations;
- Ensure that the problems are computationally demanding, requiring numerical methods or iterative solutions;
- Create problems focused on system design, optimization, and analysis;
- Base problems on genuine research challenges or practical engineering applications;
- Confirm solutions through Python using established engineering libraries;
- Clearly document problem statements and provide verified accurate answers.
Candidate Profile
We seek engineers experienced in Python, who are open to part-time, non-permanent projects. Ideal candidates will possess:
- A degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline;
- Proficiency in Python for numerical validation; familiarity with MATLAB, R, C, SQL, Numpy, Pandas, SciPy, or any domain-specific libraries is acceptable;
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience, including applied, research, or teaching roles;
- A solid understanding of practical engineering constraints and approximations;
- Exceptional written English skills (C1 or higher);
- Professional certifications (e.g., CMME, SAS Certifications, CAP) and experience in international or applied projects are advantageous.

Compensation Details
