Role overview

This role focuses on developing original computational engineering challenges that mirror real-world scenarios. Assignments include:

  • Creating engineering problems that simulate practical workflows and research topics
  • Designing tasks that require Python programming for calculations, simulations, and numerical analysis
  • Building computationally intensive problems using iterative methods or numerical solutions
  • Developing challenges related to system design, optimization, and engineering analysis
  • Validating solutions in Python with standard engineering libraries
  • Documenting problem statements and providing accurate, verified answers

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
  • Strong proficiency in Python for numerical validation; familiarity with tools such as MATLAB, R, C, SQL, Numpy, Pandas, or SciPy is also accepted
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in applied, research, or teaching roles
  • Solid understanding of engineering constraints and practical approximations
  • Excellent written English skills at C1 level or above
  • Professional certifications (CMME, SAS, CAP) and experience with international or applied projects are considered advantageous
