In this role, you will engage with key decision-makers in the restaurant sector, assisting them in joining the Deliveroo platform and growing their businesses. Role Overview

As a member of the SMB (Small and Medium Business) team, you will promote and sell B2B solutions to generate new business opportunities for Deliveroo in the French market.

  • Location: Manchester City Centre (Hybrid)

  • Salary: £26,600 base, plus monthly commission for reaching targets.

  • Work Pattern: Initial probation period of 5 days per week in the office. Post-probation, transition to a hybrid model (3 days in-office, 2 days remote).

What You’ll Do

You will serve as the primary contact for French restaurant partners, acting as a consultant and expert in growth strategies.

  • Inbound & Outbound Lead Management: Address inquiries from French-speaking leads and proactively seek new business through phone and email.

  • Consultative Selling: Foster relationships with restaurant owners, guiding them on how Deliveroo’s technology and logistics can enhance their revenue streams.

  • Pipeline Ownership: Oversee your sales leads, maintain organization, and develop daily action plans to achieve and exceed monthly targets.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with 'Activation Teams' to ensure seamless onboarding, from contract finalization to tablet setups and photoshoots.

  • Administrative Precision: Manage contracts and documentation with meticulous attention to detail for a smooth partner experience.

What We Expect

  • Linguistic Mastery: Fluency in French and English (both written and spoken) is a must.

  • Resilience: Confidence to make regular cold calls and engage with prospects for several hours each day.
