Your Responsibilities:Act as a Brand Ambassador, leaving a positive impression on employees, visitors, and potential candidates. Manage the reception area, ensuring it is well-prepared and welcoming. Serve as the primary liaison with building management's security partner to coordinate badging requests. Facilitate certificate of insurance requirements with vendors. Create and distribute Datadog staff ID badges. Play a key role in organizing and executing monthly social events. Conduct research for various Datadog projects and events. Maintain strong relationships with existing vendors and source new vendors as needed. Audit and order office supplies, manage shipping and receiving. Deliver exceptional customer service for all staff requests. Ensure the reception area and mailroom are clean and visually appealing. Your Profile:1-3 years of administrative or office experience, with strong verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to provide high-quality customer service. Friendly and positive demeanor. Adaptable to rapid changes and growth. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy. Willingness to work occasional overtime.
