Interwood Mobel is seeking a Front Desk Officer for its Lahore office. This role centers on welcoming guests, managing communications, and supporting daily administrative operations.

Main Responsibilities

  • Customer Engagement:
    • Greet visitors as they arrive and direct them to the appropriate area or contact.
    • Respond to questions from clients and the public in person and over the phone.
    • Record details of all walk-in customers and monitor their entry and exit.
    • Collect feedback from sales staff about customer interactions.
  • Communication Duties:
    • Answer incoming calls, share information, transfer calls, or take messages as needed.
    • Place outgoing calls or arrange conference calls when requested.
    • Keep a daily log of calls and prepare a monthly call summary.
  • Mail and Delivery Operations:
    • Oversee the receipt, sorting, and distribution of mail and deliveries.
    • Maintain a daily record of all mail and delivery activities.
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support to the administration team.
  • Carry out other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
