Interwood Mobel is seeking a Front Desk Officer for its Lahore office. This role centers on welcoming guests, managing communications, and supporting daily administrative operations.
Main Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement:
- Greet visitors as they arrive and direct them to the appropriate area or contact.
- Respond to questions from clients and the public in person and over the phone.
- Record details of all walk-in customers and monitor their entry and exit.
- Collect feedback from sales staff about customer interactions.
- Communication Duties:
- Answer incoming calls, share information, transfer calls, or take messages as needed.
- Place outgoing calls or arrange conference calls when requested.
- Keep a daily log of calls and prepare a monthly call summary.
- Mail and Delivery Operations:
- Oversee the receipt, sorting, and distribution of mail and deliveries.
- Maintain a daily record of all mail and delivery activities.
- Provide general administrative and clerical support to the administration team.
- Carry out other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
