Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests upon arrival, manage check-in and check-out processes
Provide accurate information and assistance to guests
Handle incoming phone calls and respond to inquiries promptly
Perform administrative tasks to support front office operations
Process payments and manage reservation systems
Maintain communication with various departments, guests, and external companies
Identify and report any technical issues that arise
