Your Role and Responsibilities:Develop and implement defined features through coding while effectively investigating and resolving bugs. Create modular, reusable code components to enhance both development and maintenance processes. Leverage front-end frameworks like Vue.js or Angular to design scalable and reusable UI components. Optimize code and assets to guarantee excellent load times and smooth performance. Conduct code reviews to maintain high-quality standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that align with existing standards or set new ones across various departments. Manage internal and external implementation requirements and expectations within an agile framework through clear communication and effective oversight. Offer constructive feedback to technical staff during all software lifecycle phases to ensure development priorities meet business objectives. Take full ownership of the software development process, driving it from start to finish with an emphasis on quality. Minimum Qualifications (Show us what you can do if you’re not a perfect fit):4+ years of experience in software development. Strong proficiency in JavaScript. Demonstrated experience with frontend frameworks such as Vue.js, React, or Angular, along with related tools and libraries. Ability to transform complex designs from Figma into corresponding HTML, CSS, and JavaScript code. Familiarity with Agile methodologies like SCRUM or Kanban. Understanding of SOLID principles and clean code practices. Capability to navigate complex enterprise software architectures. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to thrive in a team environment.
