About Tailor Platform
We offer the "Tailor Platform," a solution designed to facilitate rapid development of business systems, empowering more individuals to become product creators.
In a nutshell, Tailor Platform is a "Headless ERP for Enterprises," providing core systems in a headless format for large enterprises (defined as companies with over 3,000 employees).
We have pioneered the launch of the world’s first "Headless ERP," significantly enhancing the flexibility and scalability of traditional ERP systems, and we are rolling out our solution to major Japanese enterprises and mid-to-large companies in the United States.

Globally, there is an accelerating trend among mid-to-large enterprises to shift from all-in-one package systems to a combination of numerous "Best of Breed" cloud SaaS solutions tailored for specific use cases. ■ Job Responsibilities
You will be responsible for developing web applications based on React. This includes analyzing client application requirements, designing UI components, and creating an efficient development framework that allows for modular application construction.
Note that as a contract participant, you will be fully committed to product development alongside full-time team members.
Your specific responsibilities will involve:
- Developing React components
- Designing and enhancing the UI of Tailor Platform
- *There is no distinct separation between front-end and back-end roles; depending on your interests and skills, you may also engage in back-end development.
