The Role
As our primary frontend expert, you will design and construct user interfaces that are not only aesthetically pleasing but also robust and efficient. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product, design, and backend, to create seamless, top-notch user experiences while establishing the technical roadmap for our engineering team.
Your background includes experience in a high-growth startup environment, particularly in building SaaS products. You possess a deep understanding of the challenges engineers encounter, as well as a solid grasp of design principles to prioritize essential features and functionalities.
Your unique ability lies in effortlessly bridging the gap between technical specifications and business requirements, transforming high-level designs into practical solutions.
You thrive in dynamic situations and appreciate the nuances of a flexible, flat-structured work environment. Your quick understanding of the complexities involved in developing AI products for the international healthcare market will be invaluable.
While you will provide technical leadership and mentorship, you will remain actively involved in coding, delivering high-quality code alongside our engineering team.
