This position transcends mere coding; you will serve as a technical leader, mentor, and change agent, advancing engineering excellence throughout the team. Reporting directly to the Engineering Manager, you will take ownership of complex features from inception to completion, ensuring optimal scalability, reliability, and security.Your responsibilities will include:Leading the design, development, and implementation of high-scale, data-driven applications across the full stack.Mentoring and guiding engineers through code reviews, design discussions, and collaborative sessions, raising the technical standards across the team.Championing engineering best practices and fostering improvements in scalability, reliability, observability, and security.Working closely with product managers and cross-functional teams to convert business needs into elegant, well-architected solutions.Influencing system architecture decisions and leading high-impact technical initiatives.Serving as a steward of best data practices, ensuring the privacy, security, and accuracy of critical datasets.Acting as a change agent within the engineering organization by introducing new tools, workflows, and methodologies.
