About the Team
As a Full-Stack Engineer at Hark, you will be instrumental in crafting the product surfaces that define user interactions across voice, text, and vision. Your role will focus on translating our AI capabilities into fast, intuitive, and trustworthy user experiences. Bridging the gap between advanced AI and user-friendly applications is crucial, and you will take ownership of this challenge.
This position offers significant ownership within a small team, working directly alongside designers and model researchers. The features you develop will shape how users engage with Hark's technology.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop engaging product surfaces, including interfaces and interactions that users rely on daily.
- Collaborate closely with designers to deliver experiences that are fast, reliable, and genuinely beneficial.
- Take full ownership of features from initial prototyping through to production deployment, continuously iterating based on user feedback.
- Create frontend solutions for agent workflows, ensuring tool integration, memory retrieval, and multi-step reasoning feel cohesive and trustworthy.
- Measure and evaluate the impact of your work, tracking quality and user feedback to foster improvement.
