Job Overview
We are on the lookout for a passionate Full Stack Engineer who will take charge of designing, developing, and maintaining our web-based applications and systems. Utilizing your skills, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to bring innovative solutions to life, significantly impacting our internal software platform and addressing complex challenges at the intersection of technology and defense.
Responsibilities
Create and sustain high-quality web applications using JavaScript, TypeScript, and React for both front-end and back-end components.
Design and implement scalable, responsive user interfaces catering to the diverse needs of our internal stakeholders.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to translate requirements into technical specifications and actionable deliverables.
Integrate third-party APIs and services to enhance application functionality and ensure interoperability with external systems.
Optimize application performance, security, and reliability through rigorous testing, code reviews, and performance tuning.
Keep abreast of emerging technologies, best practices, and industry trends to enhance our development processes and tools.
Engage in Agile development methodologies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to guarantee timely delivery of features and enhancements.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
Proven experience as a Full Stack Engineer utilizing JavaScript, TypeScript, and React.
Strong grasp of software engineering principles, data structures, and algorithms.
Experience in server-side development with Node.js.
Familiarity with relational database systems.
Proficient in version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
