You will lead a high-performing, multi-disciplinary team (frontend and data engineering) focused on our flagship B2B products: the Artist & Repertoire (A&R) Dashboard and Fan Insights. This is a hands-on technical leadership role for someone eager to influence architecture and execution while remaining actively involved in coding.This position reports directly to the Director of Engineering and is tailored for an engineer aspiring to transition into an Engineering Management (EM) role as the team expands.
