Qualifications
Requirements5+ years of full-stack development experience with a focus on Python and JavaScript. Solid expertise in React and relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL. Experience in end-to-end ownership of software projects from design to deployment and iteration. Demonstrated experience integrating ERP systems like Odoo, NetSuite, or SAP. Familiarity with cloud-native infrastructures, particularly AWS or GCP, along with Kubernetes. Proficient with CI/CD pipeline methodologies. DevOps experience is essential for 1 to 2 roles on the team. Resilience to manage the fast-paced dynamics of a startup. Exceptional communication skills to explain complex systems to non-technical stakeholders. Preferred QualificationsExperience in scaling ERP solutions within manufacturing contexts. Background in developing internal tools tailored for operational teams. Knowledge in enhancing observability and production monitoring frameworks. Proficiency in testing methodologies including:End-to-end testingIntegration testingCritical black box testingFamiliarity with React Testing Library and Cypress.

Your Role
As a Full Stack Engineer, you will take charge of our internal software stack that drives sales, manufacturing, and supply chain operations. You will be responsible for building and scaling robust full-stack systems leveraging Odoo/NetSuite, delivering clean APIs, and propelling operational teams to achieve unprecedented efficiency.
Your Responsibilities Include:
Architecting and deploying comprehensive full-stack web applications using React and Python.
Customizing ERP solutions (Odoo/NetSuite) to optimize manufacturing workflows.
Designing data models, REST/GraphQL APIs, and real-time dashboards for enhanced analytics.
Integrating various systems including PLM, MES, and warehouse management systems.
Enhancing CI/CD processes, infrastructure (Docker/Kubernetes), and system observability.
Translating operational challenges into high-quality production code.
