Role Overview
As a Full-Stack Engineer, you will be instrumental in the ongoing development, maintenance, and support of our internal systems and tools. This position is ideal for a self-motivated and seasoned developer who possesses a structured approach and the ability to work autonomously while fully owning technical decisions and feature delivery.
Technical Stack
- Backend technologies: PHP, Laravel Framework, MySQL, Docker Sail.
- Frontend technologies: React.js.
Your Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and enhance internal systems and tools.
- Take ownership of features, making informed technical decisions and ensuring thorough implementation.
- Independently manage development tasks while closely collaborating with the product team.
- Ensure that all implementations are comprehensive, structured, and detail-oriented.
- Adopt a product ownership mentality, thinking beyond mere code execution.
Qualifications
- At least three years of hands-on experience with Laravel.
- A minimum of three years working with React.js.
- Proficient in SQL.
- Experience with application containerization.
- Senior-level practical development experience.
- Ability to work independently and take full ownership of deliverables.
- Strong attention to detail and a structured approach to problem-solving.
- Preference for working on long-term projects rather than short-term tasks.
- Excellent communication skills.
