Your financial expertise and negotiation skills will be crucial in maintaining an efficient supply chain and maximizing profitability.Key Responsibilities:Comprehensive Purchasing ManagementManage purchasing activities for diverse categories, including nicotine products, non-nicotine products, accessories, apparel, POS materials, marketing collaterals, and future product lines.Identify, evaluate, and establish relationships with global suppliers; negotiate pricing, terms, minimum order quantities (MOQs), and lead times.Create and oversee purchase orders (POs), track confirmations, and address delays, discrepancies, and quality concerns.Vendor and Logistics ManagementCollaborate with international vendors, manufacturers, freight forwarders, and warehousing partners.Monitor production timelines, shipping schedules, customs procedures, and delivery milestones.Proactively identify supply continuity risks and propose mitigation strategies.Inventory Planning and ForecastingWork closely with Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to convert SKU-level revenue forecasts into procurement plans and replenishment schedules.Develop and maintain inventory models to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.Supervise inbound inventory, open POs, transit durations, and safety stock levels.Inventory Oversight and ReportingContinuously track inventory levels across all warehouses and third-party logistics (3PL) providers; identify aging stock and at-risk items.Generate weekly and monthly inventory reports for management, providing actionable insights.Report issues related to shrinkage, discrepancies, expiry, or incorrect receiving.Inventory Lifecycle and Accounting ManagementOversee the entire inventory lifecycle, including receiving, costing, landed cost allocation, valuation, and reconciliations.Ensure precise month-end closing in QuickBooks Online (QBO) and all Shopify-integrated systems.Maintain consistency across warehouse systems, ERP tools, Shopify, and finance.Systems Implementation and EnhancementLead the configuration and continuous optimization of inventory management systems (ERP/WMS).Establish effective workflows, controls, and item master data management to enhance overall efficiency.
