The ideal candidate will proactively manage security incidents while ensuring compliance with security policies and best practices.Key Responsibilities:Oversee, configure, and upgrade a variety of security technologies.Respond promptly to fault alerts and customer escalations related to managed security technologies.Troubleshoot specific technical issues within SLA, collaborating with internal teams and external vendors for resolution.Escalate incidents and problems within SLA to relevant technical teams or product vendors.Document and submit incident reports for high-severity incidents.Address incoming Change Requests (CRs), Service Requests (SRs), and other inquiries within SLA.Conduct regular configuration backups on managed security products.Coordinate maintenance windows with clients for essential software updates and version upgrades.Create and maintain technical documentation for managed security technologies.Generate monthly reports aligned with service scope requirements.Comply with organizational and project security policies, procedures, and best practices.Act as the primary contact for advising clients on ICT security matters.Lead and assist customers in security incident response and resolution efforts.Exhibit strong teamwork and leadership traits.Maintain a client-focused approach complemented by excellent interpersonal skills.
