Our company culture emphasizes core values, diversity, and a family-centric approach to employee engagement.Key ResponsibilitiesWe are actively seeking a Full Stack Developer to assist in the engineering, modernization, and maintenance of the Defense Information Systems Agency’s Integrated Defense Enterprise Acquisition System (IDEAS). This position plays a vital role in the complete lifecycle development, system integration, troubleshooting, testing, and Tier 2/3 operational support within a secure DoD environment. Candidates should possess extensive experience in Java, JavaScript, SQL, system integration, cloud environments, and contemporary agile development practices.As a Full Stack Developer, your duties will include:Designing, developing, testing, and maintaining application components using:Java (JDK)JavaScript, HTML, CSSSQL and database-driven componentsCreating secure REST and SOAP web services.Building and supporting integrations with external DoD and federal systems.Implementing software in compliance with DoD cybersecurity, testing, and configuration standards.Assisting in deployment and release activities within cloud-hosted environments (e.g., AWS GovCloud).Collaborating within 2–6 week sprint cycles using government-provided tools (e.g., JIRA or equivalent).Working with Product Owners and SMEs to refine user stories and acceptance criteria.Participating in sprint planning, stand-ups, backlog grooming, and demos.Providing estimates, maintaining story updates, and delivering development documentation.Offering Tier 2 and Tier 3 technical support to resolve incidents, defects, and user-reported issues.Conducting root-cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.Maintaining integration flows to ensure data accuracy and system reliability.Monitoring environments to ensure optimal performance.
