Ensure all designs comply with applicable building codes, regulations, and industry standards. Compile project specifications, define material requirements, and source necessary materials and products. Draft and present comprehensive reports, proposals, and design presentations. Collaborate effectively with construction professionals and clients throughout the project lifecycle. Conduct site visits to assess project progress and provide updates. Stay current with ongoing changes in architectural codes and regulations. Keep abreast of the latest trends and advancements in architectural and interior design. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or equivalent. Minimum of 6 years of proven experience as an architect (portfolio required). Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Vray, Twinmotion, Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign), and Microsoft Office Suite. In-depth knowledge of Greek building codes and legislation (NOK). Experience in obtaining permits, including documentation and approvals. Proven experience across various project scales, from master planning to interior design. Fluent in Greek and English.
