Role overview This Full Stack Software Engineer - Applied AI role centers on building and refining AI-driven systems, supporting internal teams, and delivering features across the stack. The position is based in San Francisco. What you will do Review code generated by AI tools such as Claude Code and Codex, providing feedback to improve agent performance. Design and document codebases for clarity, update data models, and remove outdated patterns to streamline agent development. Develop and manage the automated product pipeline, including signal detection, AI-generated requirements, and code review workflows. Troubleshoot and resolve production issues with AI agents. Create infrastructure and tools so operations, sales, and customer success teams can manage the platform independently. Translate internal needs into automated, reliable systems. Guide non-engineers in understanding and using new solutions. Build features across the stack using React and TypeScript on the front end, Node.js or Elixir on the back end, and Postgres for data storage.
