About the Role
As a Full Stack Product Engineer at Rowspace, you will play a crucial role in the development and enhancement of our innovative platform. You'll be involved in creating solutions that transform complex investment memos into easily navigable knowledge bases in mere seconds. Your responsibilities may include designing user interfaces that empower analysts to trace AI-generated insights back to original documents or developing custom workflows based on real-time customer feedback.
Your Responsibilities
- Craft user-friendly interfaces that seamlessly integrate into investors’ daily operations.
- Develop APIs to ensure smooth functionality across various platforms including chat tools, custom workflows, and external applications such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Excel.
- Create data ingestion pipelines that convert disorganized data sources like PDFs, emails, and spreadsheets into a cohesive knowledge engine that supports our entire product suite.
- Engage directly with customers to understand their challenges and implement solutions in rapid turnaround times.
- Uphold the highest standards of security, privacy, and reliability while handling sensitive investment data.
- Design evaluation sets to verify the reliability of our large language model systems.
Who You Are
- You have a proven track record of delivering full-stack solutions (React/Typescript + Python/Node or similar).
- You possess experience designing scalable data models and APIs and relish the challenge of perfecting the schema.
- You are passionate about harnessing AI capabilities, focusing on building reliable products that deliver real value to users.
- Experience in finance or fintech is a plus, but a strong curiosity about the investment sector will suffice as we provide the necessary training.
- You demonstrate a commitment to engineering excellence by consistently refining your workflow processes and sharing insights with your team.
