RequirementsAt least 4 years of experience in developing production-level systems with Ruby on Rails. Proficiency in React Native, ReactJS, or other similar front-end frameworks. Strong understanding of relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, and SQL fundamentals. Experience with RESTful APIs, authentication methods, and third-party integrations. Familiarity with AWS services and cloud deployment strategies. Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines or enhancements to manual deployment processes. Experience with Redis for caching and coordinating background jobs. Comprehensive understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), MVC architecture, and Rails conventions. Proficient in Agile/Scrum methodologies. Hands-on experience with TDD, refactoring, and continuous improvement techniques. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Preferred QualificationsExperience with AI integration is advantageous. Familiarity with ActiveAdmin or similar admin frameworks.

Your Responsibilities

Develop web and mobile applications tailored to a variety of clients and sectors.
Collaborate with fellow developers to create scalable applications utilizing Ruby on Rails along with ReactJS and NodeJS.
Design, implement, and maintain back-end APIs and business logic using Ruby on Rails.
Work alongside Product Owners and Designers to convert business needs into technical specifications and solutions.
Facilitate AI integration by managing API orchestration, background tasks, and asynchronous workflows for AI services.
Employ best practices such as Test-Driven Development (TDD), code refactoring, and clean architecture to ensure maintainability.
Continuously learn and adopt new tools, frameworks, and technologies to thrive in a rapidly changing environment.
