You will collaborate with our team of experts to design and implement AI-driven solutions, operational research methodologies, and decision-making aids. Your role will involve assisting in the development and execution of optimization solutions under constraints and simulation models.Moreover, you will have the opportunity to contribute to AI and generative AI projects, guiding our clients in their digital transformation enhanced by AI, particularly in the following areas:Data Ecosystem Management: Analyzing data, mastering data pipelines, and the associated infrastructure and tools.Statistics and Machine Learning: Developing explanatory and predictive decision-making models (supervised and unsupervised learning algorithms, econometrics, forecasting, quantitative diagnostics, etc.).Generative AI & Large Language Models (LLMs): Designing and deploying LLM-based solutions (e.g., GPT, Claude, Mistral), developing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) chains, and creating business-specific conversational assistants and autonomous agents.Synthetic and Insightful Reporting: Producing synthesis notes with a strong understanding of business challenges and a good capacity for graphical representation of results.Your internal activities will revolve around the following axes:Manage end-to-end projects with a high degree of autonomy, ensuring the success of missions while meeting client commitments.Mentor consultants, both junior and experienced, acting as a reference point for the manager in overseeing projects, validating deliverables, assessing outcomes, and ensuring their skill development.Handle client relationships for your assignments, establishing a strong rapport with stakeholders at the middle management level, positioning yourself as an expert in your area.Contribute to business development by crafting commercial proposals and identifying new collaboration opportunities with our clients.Engage in technological monitoring and R&D activities within our Operations Research laboratory.Enhance the firm's visibility by actively participating in our publication strategy (articles, studies, white papers, etc.).
