In this position, you will receive comprehensive training to ensure the seamless operation of these devices, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to minimize any operational downtime.Key Responsibilities:• Collaborate with project teams to facilitate the implementation, installation, and configuration of PCs, workstations, operating systems, applications, and peripheral devices.• Provide 1st level on-site IT support to end-users on a 24x7 rotational shift basis, covering shifts from 10 am to 10 pm and 10 pm to 10 am, including public holidays.• Communicate findings and provide timely status updates to the Project Manager regarding major issues escalated by users.• Conduct daily health and inventory checks on systems.• Demonstrate experience in the installation, configuration, troubleshooting of PCs, peripheral devices, and application maintenance support.• Showcase hands-on experience in supporting end-users within a Windows environment.
