About the Team and Position
We are in search of an Express Technician (Lube) to join our expanding team. As the first line of defense in vehicle maintenance, you will perform essential services to keep our customers safely on the road. This position involves working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, ensuring every service is completed with precision and efficiency. If you are detail-oriented, possess a strong work ethic, and have a passion for automotive care, we would love to hear from you.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Vehicle Maintenance & Repair: Execute express services including oil changes, tire rotations, fluid top-offs, and multi-point inspections swiftly and accurately while identifying additional maintenance needs.
- Operational Excellence: Follow all dealership and OEM service procedures, maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace with properly stored tools and equipment.
- Customer Communication: Document all services performed accurately and relay findings to the Service Advisor, addressing any technical queries regarding express services and inspections.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with fellow technicians, parts team members, and service advisors to ensure a seamless workflow.
- Continuous Improvement: Engage in ongoing training and certification to stay updated with the latest automotive technology and service procedures while seeking ways to enhance efficiency and quality in the express service lane.
