Essential Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent required. Availability during after-school hours, weekends, and holidays is necessary. Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and car insurance for in-home client services. Must pass background checks, drug screenings, and maintain a clean driving record. Behavior Technician: Must complete our 40-hour RBT training course and successfully pass the RBT exam within 45 days of hire. Registered Behavior Technician: Must attend the required training program.

  • Participate in our BCBA Apprentice Program after 90 days of full-time work.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Assist individuals with autism in various environments including home, community, and our centers.
  • Teach essential daily living and social skills utilizing evidence-based treatments.
  • Collect and organize session data accurately and impartially.
  • Engage in clinical team meetings and continuous training.
  • Implement training and therapy sessions as directed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues, families, and other team members to support client needs.
  • Perform additional clerical and administrative duties as needed.
