For those looking to elevate their careers in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), we provide opportunities to:
- Progress to roles such as Lead RBT, RBT Supervisor, and BCBA.
- Apply for a full scholarship to pursue a Master’s in ABA at Temple University.
- Participate in our BCBA Apprentice Program after 90 days of full-time work.
Your Responsibilities:
- Assist individuals with autism in various environments including home, community, and our centers.
- Teach essential daily living and social skills utilizing evidence-based treatments.
- Collect and organize session data accurately and impartially.
- Engage in clinical team meetings and continuous training.
- Implement training and therapy sessions as directed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Communicate effectively with colleagues, families, and other team members to support client needs.
- Perform additional clerical and administrative duties as needed.
