Qualifications

A Licensed Mental Health Professional with a full and unrestricted license in good standing within your state. A Master's degree or higher from an accredited university in a behavioral or mental health field (e.g., social work, counseling, psychology). Minimum of 1 year of relevant post-master's supervised experience utilizing evidence-based therapies (e.g., ERP, CBT, ACT). Experience and knowledge of treating OCD with ERP and/or ACT is preferred but not mandatory. Strong organizational skills, eagerness to learn, excellent communication skills, and good time management abilities. A conscientious self-starter who thrives in an autonomous work setting. Proficiency in G-suite, Zoom, Microsoft Office, and Adobe, with a strong technological aptitude. A secure and private remote work location with reliable internet access (minimum 50mbps download speeds).

Your Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality care to clients with OCD through assessments, diagnoses, and evidence-based psychotherapy via our video platform.
  • Manage your own caseload and schedule effectively.
  • Foster practitioner resilience and develop a member-focused professional identity.
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation using the NOCD EHR system.
  • Engage in clinical consultations, training, and performance reviews to enhance your knowledge of evidence-supported treatments for OCD.
  • Collaborate with our provider network to reinforce treatment decisions.
  • Complete various administrative tasks as needed.
