This key role will involve architecting and building solutions for our Go-To-Market Strategy and Operations team. The successful candidate will design, develop, and deploy high-quality, scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform to enhance our Sales, Customer Success, and Finance operations. This is a remarkable chance to turn complex business requirements into streamlined code and configurations while ensuring the overall stability, performance, and security of our Salesforce ecosystem as we expand to safeguard enterprises and governments worldwide. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams (Sales Operations, Customer Success Operations) to implement innovative solutions that automate processes and boost operational efficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesCustom Development & Engineering: Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of custom solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and SOQL/SOSL, while strictly adhering to best practices.System Integration: Establish and maintain high-performance integrations between Salesforce and external business applications (such as ERP, CPQ, Marketing Automation, Gainsight) leveraging REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools.Process Automation: Implement a combination of declarative tools (Flow, Process Builder) and programmatic solutions to enhance operational workflows.
