Devsinc is actively seeking a dynamic Functional Consultant specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) to enhance our ERP implementation processes. This role involves conducting in-depth business analyses and collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide tailored solutions to our clients. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, a comprehensive understanding of business processes, and a keen interest in advancing their career in Microsoft Dynamics ERP consulting.
This position encompasses requirement gathering, system configuration, and user training, ensuring that we deliver high-quality solutions to our enterprise clients.
Key Responsibilities:
ERP Implementation & Functional Consulting
- Engage in end-to-end implementations of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, covering design, configuration, testing, and deployment phases.
- Facilitate requirement gathering workshops, meticulously documenting business needs and contributing to functional design.
- Support fit-gap analysis to ensure business processes are in sync with system capabilities.
- Configure and assist with Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, and other relevant modules.
- Deliver post-go-live support, user training, and system enhancements to ensure seamless system adoption.
- Independently manage at least one full-cycle ERP implementation.
Collaboration & Best Practices
- Collaborate with senior functional consultants, technical teams, and project managers to ensure effective solution delivery.
- Champion adherence to standards and best practices in ERP implementation.
- Participate in testing, documentation, and training activities to enhance the end-user experience.
- Assist in troubleshooting ERP-related issues and provide effective solutions.
Client Engagement & Process Optimization
- Engage with clients to thoroughly understand their business processes, challenges, and requirements.
- Assist in data migration, user acceptance testing (UAT), and go-live preparations.
- Ensure clients have a positive perception of the consultant’s expertise and service quality.
- Provide ongoing support to facilitate successful user adoption and process improvements.
