Who You AreYou are a specialist in silicon hardware development, with knowledge of robotics or automotive systems being advantageous. You possess experience with ISO26262, IEC61508, or other pertinent safety standards. You excel at collaborating with hardware designers to devise innovative solutions that enhance performance and safety. What We NeedYou are capable of collaborating with RTL designers to make informed safe design choices. You have over 5 years of experience in executing and guiding safety analyses and creating safety work products. You can work alongside team members and safety assessors to certify hardware designs. What You Will LearnAll aspects of hardware design within the automotive and robotics semiconductor sectors. How state-of-the-art machine learning and AI influence safety-critical computing platforms. Strategies for enhancing workflows and validation practices in a dynamic environment.

Join Tenstorrent's Automotive Robotics team, where you'll define and engineer silicon hardware for innovative mobility and robotics solutions. Collaborating with architects and hardware designers, you will navigate the critical balance between performance, safety, and cost. You'll spearhead the development of safety work products and conduct safety analyses across various hardware modules.

This position is remote-friendly, with a preference for candidates based in Munich, Germany.
