What you will do
- Mentor and coach sales team members, supporting their professional development.
- Engage prospective clients by pitching and closing deals, both over the phone and in person.
- Oversee onboarding and relationship management for new clients, ensuring smooth initial transactions.
- Provide accurate sales volume forecasts.
- Implement regional sales programs in partnership with your team and other Heads of Desk.
- Maintain compliance with company sales methodologies and administrative processes.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and training for new team members.
