FX Sales Team Lead

You will leverage your proven track record in FX Sales to excel in a managerial role, leading your team to achieve exceptional results. As a natural coach, you will take pleasure in sharing your insights and witnessing your team's growth. You will also be adept at crafting sales strategies and techniques informed by client feedback and market knowledge. - Lead a sales team in identifying opportunities, setting an example, coaching, and mentoring your team to develop their skills and advance their careers.
- Engage with prospective clients through pitching and closing deals, both over the phone and in face-to-face meetings.
- Manage customer relationships for new clients, ensuring seamless onboarding and initial trades.
- Provide accurate forecasts of expected sales volumes.
- Implement regional sales initiatives and training plans collaboratively with fellow Heads of Desk.
- Ensure compliance with company-wide sales methodologies and administrative processes.
- Participate in the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members.
