Your Responsibilities
Manage claims from inception to settlement, ensuring a seamless process.
Maintain regular communication with policyholders throughout the claims journey to guarantee a positive experience.
Assess documentation, verify coverage, and evaluate liability with precision.
Establish appropriate reserves and oversee claims within your authority limits.
Detect and escalate potential fraud indicators when necessary.
Ensure meticulous and accurate claims records for both audits and compliance.
Contribute to ongoing improvement initiatives by identifying and reporting process inefficiencies.
What We Expect from You
Based in the UK or Ireland with valid work authorization.
A minimum of 6 months experience in claims handling, with a strong desire for rapid advancement.
