WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Are you a gaming aficionado with a knack for project management? Do you possess the strategic mindset and leadership skills necessary to guide a sizeable 24/7 team that operates in over 10 languages? As a Player Support Project Manager at TransPerfect Gaming, you will play a pivotal role in upholding our high standards while cultivating a positive team environment.
Your responsibilities will include enhancing team performance and ensuring robust KPIs, particularly in CSAT, QA, and productivity. You will also be tasked with managing client expectations to consistently surpass their needs.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Reporting & Analytics: Create, maintain, and deliver regular reports and agent journals via Google Sheets that cover quality, productivity, and player satisfaction.
- Client Relations: Act as the primary contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction through effective communication and providing actionable insights.
- Team Leadership: Lead by example and train managers by showcasing best practices. Oversee and coordinate all team members involved in your projects.
- Performance Management: Conduct regular reviews of team performance through one-on-one feedback sessions. Utilize performance data to identify and nurture talent.
