At Keywords Studios Australia, we are continually searching for skilled AAA professionals in the following areas:
- Engineering (C++ and Unreal Engine)
- Art (3D, 2D, Technical Art, Animation) , please include your portfolio
- Quality Assurance
- Production
- Game Design
- UI/UX
We prefer candidates with a minimum of three years of experience and a proven track record in game development for PC, Console, or Nintendo platforms.
Please note, we cannot consider applications from those without prior experience or those not currently studying in the field.
Most of our roles offer a hybrid working model, and we are open to discussing what that looks like for you. For senior positions, we may also entertain fully remote work (within Australia) but encourage office presence whenever possible. We are only considering applicants who have valid working rights in Australia and are either currently residing here or planning to relocate.

Our recruitment process generally begins with an initial screening call with our Head of Talent Acquisition. If both parties are interested, an online test may be conducted (for Engineering and QA roles). This is followed by one or two panel interviews via Teams or in person. The entire process can be completed within two to three weeks.
