Experience with managing multiple outlets and delivering projects from inception is a plus. Relevant experience in a similar role. Valid Driving License is essential. A contagious passion for food and exceptional customer service. Adept at managing, training, and supporting a team. Financially savvy with strong analytical skills; able to create and maintain budgets while driving commercial performance. Excellent delegation and influencing skills. Proven ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced, creative environment while maintaining composure under pressure. Meticulous organizational skills and high attention to detail.

About the job

As the General Manager, you will oversee a dynamic contract that includes three restaurants, five cafes, a vending fleet, and various hospitality services across a sprawling 12-acre estate, serving approximately 3000 employees. You will lead a dedicated team of 38 staff members, managing operations from Monday to Friday. While logistics experience is advantageous, it is not a strict requirement.
