If you are a driven and skilled Generator Technician eager to grow in a dynamic and challenging environment, Pearce Services is the place for you! Our Generator Technicians are responsible for servicing and repairing commercial generators at cell phone towers in your area. This role suits independent, proactive individuals willing to travel.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Maintain, diagnose, and repair generators; install or replace components or systems; perform maintenance or upgrades on off-season equipment.
  • Conduct performance checks and regular maintenance on generators to ensure optimal readiness; read and follow blueprints or design specifications for installation or repair.
  • Install fuel and water supply lines, pumps, electrical wiring, controls, and other components; test for proper operation.
  • Respond promptly to power/generator alarms; be available for on-call duties 24/7 as needed.
  • Perform work with an awareness of potential hazards related to power supply equipment installation and maintenance; utilize safety equipment and practices; participate in safety meetings and training.
