Your Impact:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Generator Technician ready to grow in a fast-paced environment within the Telecom industry. In this role, you will be responsible for servicing and repairing commercial generators on cell phone towers in your area. This position is ideal for independent self-starters open to travel.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Maintain, diagnose, and repair generators; install and replace components or entire systems; upgrade out-of-season equipment.
  • Conduct performance checks and regular maintenance on generators to ensure readiness, following blueprints or design specifications for installation or repairs.
  • Install fuel and water supply lines, pumps, electrical wiring, controls, and other components, testing for proper operation.
  • Respond promptly to Power/Generator alarms; be available for on-call work 24/7 as necessary.
  • Work safely, being aware of potential hazards during installation and maintenance of power supply equipment, and actively participate in all safety meetings.
