As a Genesys Cloud Architect, you will play a pivotal role in collaborating with clients to transform their design requirements into effective application solutions. You will ensure alignment with industry standards and best practices while delivering high-quality outcomes. Your responsibilities will include:
- Engaging with project managers and clients to thoroughly identify and define application requirements.
- Guaranteeing that applications adhere to client expectations and project manager standards.
- Conducting comprehensive testing of applications to verify functionality, reliability, and overall performance.
- Overseeing the deployment and implementation of applications to client environments.
- Providing ongoing maintenance and support for existing applications, addressing issues, and assessing enhancement needs.
- Demonstrating a strong commitment to client satisfaction, resulting in further opportunities and relationships.
- Managing tasks effectively within budgetary constraints and timelines while maintaining open communication regarding any changes in scope or budget.
- Exhibiting professionalism and leadership while representing the company to clients and vendors.
- Developing and maintaining Core PureCloud handlers.
- Monitoring system performance and responding to errors, including participation in on-call rotations.
- Resolving outstanding issues promptly and updating clients on system configuration changes as necessary.
- Leading a team of CCaaS developers and quality analysts, providing essential technical mentoring.
- Demonstrating strong multitasking capabilities.
- Participating in candidate interviews and providing hiring recommendations.
- Accurately forecasting utilization and consulting revenue.
- Establishing and executing ongoing personnel training and growth plans.
- Possessing a solid understanding of system hardware and software to identify and remedy problems effectively.
- Addressing TAC and engineering escalations as directed by leadership.
