Key Responsibilities:Business Development - 80%Enhance existing client relationships to identify and pursue additional project opportunities within the service line and firm. Establish new client relationships that align with the business strategy of our service lines and practice areas. Position Woolpert as a market leader for specific sectors and services with both new and existing clients. Utilize general geospatial technical knowledge to engage with clients regarding aerial and ground data acquisition, lidar, imagery, GIS, and geo-enabled information systems. Project Management - 20%Support Project Managers in negotiating project scope, schedule, fees, and contract terms. Clearly define and communicate client needs and expectations. Collaborate with Project Managers to identify and resolve project-related issues that affect client goals and satisfaction. Ensure ongoing communication with stakeholders, proactively addressing and resolving project issues.

Position Overview

Woolpert is seeking a Geospatial Business Development Director in Tampa, FL, Orlando, FL, or Miami, FL. This role is primarily focused on driving sales and sector growth by establishing and enhancing client relationships with state agencies, counties, and municipalities across Florida. Additionally, this role entails identifying business opportunities and ensuring that services are delivered in alignment with our status as an industry leader.
