You will be responsible for collecting and testing soil and materials, overseeing testing outcomes, assisting with site investigations, and ensuring that all projects are built on a solid foundation, literally and metaphorically.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct field investigations and geotechnical testing, including soil sampling, borehole drilling, and laboratory analysis.
- Evaluate geotechnical data to understand soil and rock mechanics, groundwater conditions, and potential geohazards.
- Operate and maintain geotechnical testing equipment, including nuclear density gauges.
- Perform laboratory testing on soil, aggregate, and other geotechnical materials.
- Analyze field and lab data to support geotechnical evaluations and design recommendations.
- Prepare clear, detailed, and technically sound geotechnical reports for stakeholders.
- Ensure all testing and reporting align with project specifications and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with project engineers, construction teams, and clients to effectively communicate findings and recommendations.
- Review and correct geotechnical reports for accuracy.
- Mentor and guide staff to enhance job performance.
