You will collaborate with a cross-functional team in a dynamic cloud-based environment to address the technology needs of our clients.
In this role, you will report directly to the Operations Sales Manager and play a vital role in enhancing the customer experience and contributing to the overall success of the team.
Your Daily Responsibilities Include:
- Utilizing your negotiation skills and product knowledge to effectively close sales, while addressing objections during customer interactions.
- Offering tailored recommendations and quotes to customers, identifying all potential sales opportunities.
- Building and maintaining a robust sales pipeline to meet key performance targets.
- Providing support to a diverse clientele, ranging from small to medium-sized businesses and advertising agencies, including C-Level executives, focusing on cloud-based technology solutions.
- Staying informed about the latest trends in the technology industry to enhance your sales strategies.
