As a CRM Solutions Architect, you will be at the forefront of designing scalable and innovative solutions for our clients. Your role will involve utilizing HubSpot CRM as a key component within a comprehensive front-office ecosystem. This includes system integration, data flow architecture, and creating adaptable solutions that fit seamlessly within clients’ existing technology stacks and business processes.
We seek technical architects who possess a robust foundation in designing end-to-end solutions. Whether your experience stems from CRM platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Microsoft Dynamics, or from broader system architecture roles, we value your capability to develop effective architectures, data strategies, leverage APIs, and create seamless integrations that tackle complex business challenges. Experience crafting innovative solutions in diverse technological environments or smaller businesses will be equally advantageous.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Development, Marketing, Sales, and Service Consulting, to deliver impactful projects. Your responsibilities will encompass creating architecture diagrams, defining project scopes, and preparing essential documentation for implementation teams. Furthermore, you will guide clients through the adoption of cutting-edge technologies and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze client requirements and design effective solutions utilizing the HubSpot platform.
- Work with cross-functional teams to define architecture and project scopes.
- Develop comprehensive documentation, including requirements, functional specifications, and data models.
- Lead complex technology configuration projects while mentoring junior team members.
