Qualifications
Key Qualifications:
Over 7 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Client Services, or similar customer-focused roles.
A strong advocacy background, representing our customers as an integral extension of their teams at MongoDB.
A solid understanding of technology; while we will provide training in MongoDB and its databases, a natural curiosity and aptitude for technical concepts are essential.
The capability to work autonomously, owning your customer portfolio and making pivotal decisions to ensure successful customer outcomes, including knowing when to involve executive leadership during escalations.
An entrepreneurial approach, often required to innovate processes or practices to effectively serve our customer base.
A collaborative team player, closely working with strategic growth customers alongside Sales, Professional Services, Tech Services, and the broader MongoDB ecosystem.
Familiarity with database, cloud, and infrastructure technologies is an advantage.
Fluent in German.
