Qualifications
Native German speaker with excellent professional proficiency in English. At least 2–3 years of experience in recruitment (agency or internal), preferably with international or European exposure. Demonstrated success in 360 recruitment, encompassing business development and client management. Ability to thrive in a high-activity, KPI-focused environment. Familiarity with recruitment CRMs and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, JobAdder, Lusha) is advantageous. Must reside in South Africa and have a reliable internet connection and personal laptop. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
