As a Technical Support Analyst, you will serve as the primary expert for users who rely on our innovative technology daily. Your role extends beyond answering queries; you will be facilitating adventures, tackling real-world challenges, and ensuring our customers feel empowered using state-of-the-art energy solutions.

Your Responsibilities

  • Address customer inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and clarity.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to charging, solar connectivity, mobile app usage, etc.
  • Guide customers through product features and recommended practices.
  • Escalate technical issues in accordance with set processes.
  • Manage the customer journey from initial contact to final resolution.
  • Accurately log all interactions while ensuring compliance with privacy and security standards.
  • Collaborate with your team to deliver outstanding customer support.

Technical Position Details

  • Location: 1132 Budapest, Váci street 22-24 (Regus Business Center), Hungary
  • Work Mode: On-site, from our office
  • Working Hours: 08:30 – 17:00, Monday to Friday
  • Type: Full-time, 40 hours/week

What We Seek

  • Proficiency in German (C1) and strong communication skills in English (B2).
  • A service-oriented mindset—patient, empathetic, and solution-focused.
  • Confidence in navigating modern technology, especially mobile applications and smart devices.
  • Basic skills in Microsoft Office and general troubleshooting tools.
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and adhere to procedures.
