Main responsibilities
- Manage customer-reported technical issues from the first report through to resolution.
- Investigate, diagnose, and troubleshoot hardware and software problems, aiming for timely solutions.
- Escalate unresolved issues in line with company protocols and procedures.
- Provide prompt and accurate information to customers, adapting explanations to their technical knowledge.
- Offer guidance on products and services, following established service and call-handling guidelines.
- Resolve inquiries efficiently while upholding high service standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to address service-related concerns according to company processes.
- Adhere strictly to all data privacy and security policies.
- Maintain professional communication with customers, colleagues, and business partners at all times.
